CH Benninger is a custom residential architectural design firm based in Tucson, Arizona, providing comprehensive design, construction documentation and project management services throughout Arizona. Leadership
CH Benninger is led by Cole Benninger, M.Arch., an Architectural Designer and Senior Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in residential, commercial, industrial and government projects. He earned both a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture from the College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture at The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
His academic research explored the relationship between regional architecture, material weathering and the evolving character of the American Southwest, which continues to influence his appreciation for context-sensitive design and enduring architectural expression.
Throughout his career, he has worked on a diverse range of professional projects, including custom high-end residences, commercial and hospitality developments, large-scale industrial facilities and federal government projects. His experience also includes coordination with homeowner associations, municipal agencies and federal organizations, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of permitting requirements, regulatory processes and project execution.
With expertise spanning architectural design, construction administration and project management, he brings a collaborative and practical approach to every project, ensuring that each design is thoughtfully developed, technically sound and successfully realized.
